Heist x Holy Goat - Crimson Fang BA

ABV: 9.6% | Style: Calvados BA Flanders Red aged on smoked plums

Inspired by Hungarian Palinka, this flanders red has been blended with 80% provision strength 'young' stock beer aged in steel, with 20% 'mature' stock beer aged in Calvados Oak barrels. These brandy barrels provide the spirit character .  This base was then transferred onto 250g/l of 2022 harvest of Victoria plums. The original version has had a portion aged in a calvados barrel which after 6 months is ready to be enjoyed.
